Guests may check in after 4PM. Be sure to ask for your rally info packet when checking in.


Wind & Fire MC members can usually be found on the veranda or in the hotel's very own Elm Waterhole Saloon reveling in the 19th century decor and enjoying a cold, tasty beverage!

6:00PM ----
Group up & explore some of Kerrville's night life. There are some very good restaurants & clubs. Notable mentions are Billie Gene's and Mamacitas. Past excursions included steak night at 11th Street Cowboy Bar in Bandera. Exercise caution. There are critters (including deer) on roads at night in the Hill Country.

There are 3 more days to go. Take it easy!

Brother Duke Todd will take us on a ride to remember through the beautiful Texas Hill Country (TBA).

Meet in southeast parking lot at 8:45 for pre-ride briefing and particular information.

The festivities of the rally event should wind down around 3:00PM. From there, everyone is free to go and do whatever they please. Keep in mind, there will probably be reservations made for dinner at a restaurant in Kerrville - TBA. Reservations should be made available to those interested in the form of a sign-up sheet at the Meet and Greet on the veranda of the hotel on Friday. There will be 50 places on sign-up sheet. First come, first served.
